Must have :- Incident management, monitoring/observability (Dynatrace, Splunk, CloudWatch), log/metrics analysis, Kafka/Kinesis, Python/Bash scripting, AWS (Lambda, EC2), and strong problem-solving mindset.
Production Support Engineer / SRE (with Incident Management focus)
Must-Have Skills:
Strong incident management experience (not just handling incidents, but analyzing trends and proposing solutions)
Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch/Dashboard)
Ability to analyze logs and service metrics (4XX/5XX, latency, throughput)
Foundational knowledge of asynchronous infrastructure (Kafka, Kinesis)
Hands-on experience with automation/scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, especially AWS services (Lambda, EC2, etc.)
Role Characteristics:
80% hands-on, 20% leadership/responsibility
Not a development or application support lead role
Role requires a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-Haves:
Prior SRE or DevOps exposure
Experience building dashboards (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Datadog)
Familiarity with CI/CD or automated alerting systems
