Top/Must have skills:
• 8-10 years of ServiceNow implementation experience, or similar Enterprise SaaS/competitor solutions
• 5+ years of practitioner experience (e.g., Infrastructure Operations, Internal Controls/Audit, Security Operations, Asset Manager)
• An Active CTA (Certified Technical Architect) cert or may consider candidates with all the qualifying certs to get a CTA which are:
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
o At least two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in mainline modules (such as HRSD, GRC, Discovery, Event Management, ITSM, CSM - not an all inclusive list.)

Projects they will be working on/ Day-to-day responsibilities:
• Lead solution design workshops with clients
• Translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures
• Define integration strategies with enterprise systems
• Enforce platform governance and best practices
• Review and approve technical designs from delivery teams
• Oversee technical delivery and sprint reviews
• Present trade-offs and architecture decisions to executives
• Mentor developers, admins, and consultants
• Build reusable frameworks and accelerators
