Desired Qualifications:
Hold valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Prior experience delivering school-based speech therapy services strongly preferred
Comfortable working with a diverse caseload covering K-12th grade students
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet varied student needs
Positive attitude and commitment to fostering student growth
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to students as delegated by the supervising SLP
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school policies and regulations
Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals for students
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's care
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
Uphold best practices in ethical and evidence-based intervention
