Key Qualifications:

Previous experience as a paraprofessional, especially in school settings

Familiarity with supporting students on the autism spectrum

Your Role Will Include:

Assisting students in classroom and community settings by reinforcing learning and supporting behavior guidance

Collaborating with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt activities to support student goals

Supporting adult transition curriculum, which may include vocational tasks, life skills, and social engagement

Encouraging self-advocacy, independence, and positive peer interactions
