What You Bring:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) through ASHA
Appropriate state licensure for speech language pathology
Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
Provide direct therapy services to students, monitoring progress and documenting outcomes
Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to maximize student achievement
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for educational planning
Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
