Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer Requirement:

Charlotte NC- onsite 3 days per week

About this role:

Client is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer to support Enterprise Risk Management within the Operational and Enterprise Risk technology team.

This role will take on application development responsibilities for Client's ServiceNow applications supporting Corporate Risk Technology, as part of Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT).

The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines.

In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Client Technology, Enterprise Risk and Internal Audit, Enterprise Shared Services and Enterprise Data Management.

In this role, candidate will:

Implement solutions, by configuring and customizing, for all components of the ServiceNow GRC product.

Contribute to designing, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features for the existing portfolio of applications for a business area.

Design, code, configure, unit test, maintain, and document software deliverables using agreed upon standards and tools.

Collaborate with engineers and architects on coding standards, processes, tooling, and frameworks required for the delivery of features in the sprint or product backlog.

Ensure that solutions delivered by self or team members are secure and scalable, comply with defined standards and best practices.

Application solution quality from design and implementation to deploy and run.

Participate in definition and maintenance of software standards.

Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders in the delivery of features.

Maintain depth of technical understanding of third party/cloud solutions.

Evaluate technical impacts from and coordinate implementation of new product releases. Communicate daily with the Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner and the Agile team on progress made and planned progress for the coming day and report any impediments that are blocking their progress.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of existing and new features through both manual and automated testing and use of continuous Integration techniques.

Required Qualifications:

4 plus years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4 plus years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience 3 plus years of ServiceNow application development experience in building, implementing and maintaining platform technologies, workflows and integrations

3 plus years of JavaScript development experience

Agile experience

Desired Qualifications:

1 plus years of experience working on risk applications

1 plus years of ServiceNow GRC application experience

1 plus years of Node.js experience

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications:

(CSA) Certified Systems Administrator

(CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist

(CAD) Certified Application Developer

Job Expectations:

This position offers a hybrid work schedule 3 Days In Office
