About the Role
Our client, a highly respected financial services enterprise, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive a major strategic initiative spanning 10 interconnected workstreams. This role is ideal for a seasoned program leader capable of coordinating complex, multi-team efforts, ensuring alignment across timelines, priorities, and dependencies, and maintaining executive-level visibility on progress and risks.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planning and execution across multiple workstreams consisting of several product and technical teams
Partner with workstream leads to align timelines, priorities, and dependencies
Facilitate cross-workstream planning, reporting, and communication
Lead recurring and ad-hoc meetings with teams, stakeholders, and program leadership
Ensure visibility, alignment, and momentum across the broader initiative
Serve as a connector-bringing structure and clarity to complex, interdependent work
Identify risks, escalate issues appropriately, and propose solutions to maintain program momentum Tools & Environment
Jira & Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
SharePoint & Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
Hybrid work environment (combination of onsite and remote) Qualifications
Required / Strongly Preferred
Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs
Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and leadership teams
Strong facilitation, meeting-leadership, and executive communication capabilities
Excellent prioritization, judgment, and decision-making skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Ability to work effectively with front-line staff, technical teams, and senior leaders
