Technical Project Manager

Job Title: Technical Project Manager - M365 Tenant Migration

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - must be local to the Austin area)

Any VIsa but no H1

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the M365 cross-tenant migration project

Coordinate with vendor teams performing the migration work

Ensure the tenant environment is secure, optimized, and aligned with best practices

Oversee documentation and compliance with Microsoft and federal standards

Facilitate work sessions and stakeholder meetings (occasional on-site presence required) Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of Agile/Hybrid project delivery experience

5+ years managing cross-functional teams

5+ years handling technical risks and dependencies

4+ years in enterprise cloud migrations (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)

3+ years of IAM experience in cloud environments

1+ year of hands-on M365 tenant migration experience

1+ year working with Azure Active Directory or Entra ID

Strong vendor management and Microsoft 365 suite knowledge
