Responsibilities:
Support product quality, process improvement, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure products meet customer requirements while driving continuous improvement across operations.
Hands-on quality professional who enjoys solving technical problems, improving processes, and working in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
Support the Quality Management System (QMS) including documentation, procedures, and process improvements
Review engineering drawings, work orders, and supplier documentation to ensure quality and compliance requirements are met
Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities to evaluate and disposition non-conforming materials
Lead and support root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
Apply quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, Fishbone, and 5-Why analysis
Support internal and external quality audits and assist with audit preparation and follow-up actions
Develop inspection methods, sampling plans, and quality metrics to monitor product and process performance
Perform statistical analysis and process capability evaluations to improve manufacturing processes
Work with cross-functional teams on process improvement and Lean initiatives
Support new product introductions (NPI) by ensuring quality controls and standards are established
Participate in supplier quality and performance evaluations
Maintain and support calibration and measurement systems for inspection and test equipment
It would be very beneficial if the candidate has knowledge with ERP systems, SMT, PCBA, IPC610, as well as some electronic knowledge
Qualifications (MUST):
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of quality engineering or quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with root cause analysis and structured problem solving
Familiarity with ISO-based Quality Management Systems
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
