Job Overview:
We are seeking 5 experienced Quality Engineers for long-term contract roles with a leading enterprise client. The ideal candidates will have deep expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) testing, coupled with test automation using Java and Selenium. Familiarity with Syndigo is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.
These positions are hybrid and require candidates to be onsite in Irving, TX three days a week, making strong communication and collaboration skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of PIM systems.
Work closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into quality test scenarios.
Ensure data integrity, validation, and consistency across systems, particularly in the context of product data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best testing practices and drive continuous improvement.
Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide timely updates on test coverage, status, and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
Hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) platforms - mandatory.
Proficiency in Java for test automation.
Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver.
Experience with test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
Working knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
Excellent understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience with Syndigo (highly preferred).
Familiarity with other PIM tools such as Stibo Systems, Informatica PIM, or Riversand.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured.
Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
