Strong experience in ITSM, CMDB module in ServiceNow

Basically someone who can write the Business Rule, Client Script, UI, Flow designer etc.

Good experience with TL1. (Need to understand TL1 and commands, etc., not just familiar with TL1)

Must have experience with one of the Tier 1 Wireless providers
