Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid - Onsite 2-3 days/week)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist/Manager to join our growing team in Miami, FL. This hybrid role requires a hands-on technical professional with experience in BlueCherry ERP and working knowledge of Shopify, with a focus on supporting and optimizing eCommerce integrations. This is a full-time, permanent position open only to W2 employees.

You will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between systems, resolving technical issues, and supporting ongoing platform enhancements across our retail and eCommerce technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day technical support and management of the BlueCherry ERP platform.

Lead and troubleshoot eCommerce integration efforts between BlueCherry and platforms like Shopify.

Monitor and resolve data flow, synchronization, and API-related issues between systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, eCommerce, Operations, and external vendors.

Manage system updates, patches, and enhancements for BlueCherry and Shopify.

Serve as the primary contact for ERP and eCommerce support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Document workflows, integration processes, and system configurations.

Train end users and stakeholders on best practices and platform updates.

Required Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or IT Management roles.

Hands-on experience with the BlueCherry ERP system (support, configuration, or integration).

Working knowledge of Shopify or other major eCommerce platforms.

Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data flows between ERP and eCommerce systems.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (W2 only - no C2C or 1099).

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail, fashion, or consumer goods industries.

Familiarity with middleware or iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) a plus.

Experience with project coordination or managing vendor relationships.
