Location: Baltimore MD - Onsite 4 days/week

Must have skills: Capital markets, Security Settlements, Python

Visa: USC or GC only

final interview onsite in Baltimore

6 month renewable contract

About the Job:

As a member of the Capco Technology Team, you'll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. As a Business Analyst, you'll use your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our software products for our customers.

What You'll Get to Do:

Understands security settlements in Cap Markets (i.e. knowledge of the sec settlements lifecycle)

Experience with BoNY or alternatively custody of assets/middle-office activities would be an advantage

Experience in Agile business analysis, stakeholder management, who is comfortable working between Operations/Technology and competent with JIRA, Microsoft Teams, MS Office etc

Compile PowerPoint decks for senior leadership meetings

Work closely with developers to understand data structures, data sources and systematic processes during system development

Liaise with cross-functional teams to assist with best practices and to ensure end-to-end process and tooling consistency

Proactively and continuously look for systematic and data integrity issues across multiple systems to prioritize and fix

Critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources, reconcile variances, and recommend proposals to clients

Develop, build, and maintain reports and dashboards that contain actionable metrics to monitor the performance of our operations

What you'll bring with You:

8+ Years' experience working as a Technical BA

Understands security settlements in Cap Markets (i.e. knowledge of the sec settlements lifecycle)

Experience with alternatively custody of assets/middle-office activities would be an advantage

Experience in Agile business analysis, stakeholder management, who is comfortable working between Operations/Technology and competent with JIRA, Microsoft Teams, MS Office etc

Conduct analysis for ongoing program initiatives and operations process reviews

Compile PowerPoint decks for senior leadership meetings

Must have experience working with Agile teams and able to create business and technical user stories in Jira.

Familiarity with working on the command line, able to execute python scrips, navigate to log directories to analyse logs.
