Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the global deployment of ServiceNow HRSD (ESS), managing end-to-end program execution, HR process transformation, and integrations with Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and PeopleSoft. This role is highly visible, driving global employee experience transformation.

Responsibilities:

Lead global HRSD ESS rollout, governance, schedules, and deliverables.

Align global HR requirements with ServiceNow functionality.

Oversee integrations with backend HR platforms.

Manage workflows, service catalogs, and ESS knowledge base design.

Drive SIT/UAT testing, cutover, adoption, and change management.

Collaborate with vendors, SIs, and cross-functional HR/IT teams.

Qualifications:

10+ years IT/HRIS project management.

5+ years with ServiceNow HRSD (ESS).

Strong HR process expertise (case mgmt., knowledge mgmt., lifecycle events).

Proven integrations with Workday/Oracle HCM/SAP SuccessFactors/PeopleSoft.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management.

PMP/Prince2 preferred.
