Job Summary

We are seeking a highly hands-on Infrastructure Manager to design, build, and operate a modern Microsoft-based IT environment for a newly separated and growing organization. This role owns the Azure and Microsoft 365 target architecture and leads the transition from a legacy KGP environment while partnering with Security (CISO), consultants, and internal IT teams.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering or administration.

Strong, hands-on experience with:

Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS) including Landing Zones, VNets, VPNs, peering, firewalls, NSGs, private endpoints, and monitoring.

Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint security.

Core infrastructure services: Hybrid AD, DNS, DHCP, certificates, file services, backup, and disaster recovery.

Networking fundamentals and advanced troubleshooting (routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, wireless).

Proven experience designing and operating secure, highly available, and scalable environments.

Strong incident ownership and end-to-end problem resolution skills.

Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring to peers or small teams. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in greenfield environments, mergers, separations, or large-scale transformations.

Familiarity with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (PowerShell, Terraform, etc.).

Practical knowledge of security frameworks, Zero Trust, and least privilege access models.

Experience working within ITIL-based processes and ITSM tools.
