Field Documentation & File Development Technician (Contract)

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Field Documentation Technician to support inspection documentation and file development for insurance-related restoration projects.

This is a structured, process-driven role. It is not general labor. The focus is on capturing accurate information, organizing documentation, and delivering clean, estimate-ready files.

Responsibilities:

Capture organized photo documentation of job sites

Label and organize photos by room and sequence

Record moisture readings and field observations

Enter file notes and timeline documentation

Upload and organize documents for claim files

Assist in preparing estimate-ready file packages

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow step-by-step instructions

Dependable and punctual

Comfortable using a smartphone/tablet

Basic construction knowledge (preferred, not required)

Compensation:

$19/hr for independent production work

$12.50/hr during training/guided work

$25 bonus per closed file

Performance bonuses available

Important:

This role requires organization and consistency. You must be able to follow instructions exactly and maintain clean documentation.
