Warehouse Associate

Alliance Workforce has partnered with a growing Cable Technology company in Hillsborough County to hire an entry-level Warehouse Associate.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: 18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.

Process outgoing orders using software and proper packaging.

Maintain accurate records, inventory, and reports.

Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Assist in daily operations and support other warehouse staff as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently under pressure.

Forklift experience preferred; RF gun experience a plus.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and climb.

Work Environment:

Warehouse setting with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Interaction with staff and external vendors.

Certifications: Forklift Operator Certificate (or ability to obtain).
