Title: ERP Conversion Lead - PAYROLL

C2H: Must be US citizens or Green Card only.

Location: Fully remote

Client: Large healthcare system, currently preparing to implement WorkDay. Lawson is one of the legacy ERP.

The Integration Lead- Payroll will oversee and drive the seamless integration of Payroll and WFM (Work Force Management) processes within our OneERP/Workday transformation initiative. The role will be responsible for creating a integration roadmap aligned with the larger ERP implementation plan. The key deliverable will be to connect with third party vendors that integrate with Payroll along with cross functional teams within the ERP program / IT teams for the migration of existing/new integrations to Workday. They will also be responsible driving Payroll automation, workflow optimization, reconciliation, exception handling and end-to-end testing for all integrations.

Technical Skills:

Workday

Multi source and other ERP experience: Lawson, PeopleSoft, ADP preferred

Hands on prior INTEGRATION BUILD and DEVELOPMENT

Large data experience, middleware like BigQuery

Must have PAYROLL module of HCM implementation experience.

Payroll Operations background

Healthcare/large hospital experience is preferred
