Senior Software Engineer - Java/Kotlin

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of software, working on both greenfield and brownfield projects. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the platform's evolution while mentoring and guiding the team.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy scalable applications using Java/Kotlin.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration.

Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of live production environments.

Utilize service-based architectures to enhance system scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration with Docker & Kubernetes.

Use monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, OpenSearch) to ensure system stability.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: 5+ years in software development with expertise in Java/JVM/Kotlin.

Database Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis.

Version Control: Proficiency with GitHub, Bitbucket, RhodeCode.

Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AWS/GCP, container orchestration (AWS ECS, AWS EKS, GCP GKE).

CI/CD: Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions or similar tools.

Frameworks: Knowledge of Spring Boot, Ktor.
