Required Skills:
Minimum B.S Degree & Minimum 7 years' experience
Hands-on experience with core ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, Portal, Virtual Agent, and CSM - 3+ years
ServiceNow development configuring administration operating and/or troubleshooting experience - 2+ years
Experience with ITSM products - up to 3 years
Ability to communicate (both orally and written) effectively to various audiences
Ability to create formal documentation for systems administration operations and maintenance
Excellent teamwork skills ServiceNow Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - CSM (preferred) or ITSM
