Mandatory Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience;
Minimum of 3 years of experience on successful, enterprise level information technology projects;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in integration of multiple systems or applications;
Minimum of 3 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (functional and non-functional) on full life cycle development projects;
Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting JAD sessions with multi cross functional agencies and stakeholders;
Minimum of 3 years of experience creating comprehensive Test Plans and use of automated testing tools;
Extensive knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
Experience with meeting facilitation and requirements documentation;
Experience with business analysis and gathering and documenting requirements
Ability to gather and evaluate customer requirements and needs.
Strong communication and collaborative skills; and
Excellent oral, written and communication skills;
Ability to work independently or cooperatively with other software developers;
Ability to deliver the assignments of the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e. defined to meet user requirements) within the specified criteria;
Accountable to the FDLE assigned Project Manager for all phases of specific projects.
Preferred Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
Experience with development in Java Frameworks (.JSF) and J2EE
