10+ years data architecture experience with strong enterprise advisory skills, modern cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP), Databricks, data modeling (Erwin), governance, security (RBAC/ABAC), and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Architect to join our Advisory team and provide strategic guidance and governance for enterprise-scale data initiatives. This role will partner closely with business and technology leaders to design, review, and standardize modern data architectures across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and the ability to influence enterprise-level architectural decisions.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data architecture, solution architecture, or similar senior technical roles.

Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data requirements into scalable architecture solutions.

Proven leadership, communication, and advisory skills with experience influencing enterprise-level decisions.

Deep expertise in modern data architectures: data lakehouse, data warehouse, operational data stores, and streaming/event-driven systems.

Advanced experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling using tools such as Erwin.

Strong knowledge of data security principles including RBAC, ABAC, encryption, and tokenization.

Experience with architecture governance, design reviews, and enforcing enterprise standards at scale. Technical Skills

Data Engineering & Analytics: Databricks (Delta Lake, SQL, ML, Unity Catalog, Workflows)

Data Virtualization & Security: Denodo, Protegrity

Observability & Operations: Datadog, ServiceNow

Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Snowflake, DynamoDB, BigQuery

BI & Analytics Tools: Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI Nice to Have / Preferred

Experience designing AI/ML and IoT data architectures.

Proven success in multi-cloud or hybrid architecture environments.

Experience modernizing legacy systems and leading complex cloud migrations.

Background in regulated industries with strong governance and compliance requirements.

Experience in automotive or manufacturing domains.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing architecture teams.
