Key Responsibilities:
Analyze, design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CMDB and service management ITIL processes.
Demonstrate knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management Services: Business Services and Configuration item relationships.
MID Server Installs/Maintain
Maintaining of Discovery Schedules
Configuring/Maintain IRE Rules for multiple data sources
Experience writing queries in the CMDB Query Builder
Setting/Maintaining Business rules for ITOM licenses
Cleaning up duplicate CI, Retiring Stale CI's etc
Review & Enhance IRE Rules & Discovery Patterns
Service and Application Mapping
Experience with the CI CLass Manager
Data integration through API's and multisource discovery.
Documenting technical design
Understanding of Processes linked with CMDB like Change Management, Asset Lifecycle
Manage and guides solutioning practices, in collaboration with product owner.
Manage sprint releases, and code migrations (managing update sets) in ServiceNow.
Establish platform governance to manage technical demand and platform integrity.
Administer ServiceNow platform: Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Policies, Client and Server Scripting, Roles, User and Group Administration, MID Servers, Service Mapping, and SLAs.
Utilize Workflow Editor and Flow Designer to configure out of the box workflows
