Responsible for administration and end-user training, go-live support, and transition to State self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver PPM Administrator refresher training
Provide guidance on differences between Project Online and Project Server
Develop training materials (MS Office format)
Support go-live and transition period
Provide documentation for self-support model
Assist with knowledge transfer acceptance
Required Qualifications
5+ years Microsoft Project Server experience
Experience delivering enterprise system training
Strong documentation and presentation skills
Experience supporting change management initiatives
