Ensure performance, quality, security, and governance. Optimize query plans and cache/aggregation strategies; establish validation and parity frameworks for side by side comparisons and quality assurance; design RBAC patterns across Databricks and Tableau Cloud; enforce content certification, promotion workflows, and usage monitoring.

Enable adoption. Establish foundational capabilities for AI usage of data; run office hours and coach analysts and authors on patterns for scalable, governed self service in Tableau Cloud.
