URGENT HIRING: Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) – Full-Time Contract Opportunities

Oculus Health Staffing is actively seeking reliable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for immediate full-time contract assignments. These roles are critical to supporting patient care operations, and we are prioritizing candidates who can start as soon as possible and commit to the full schedule requirements.

Open Positions

Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Schedule: Full-Time (36–48 hours per week)

Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Schedule: Full-Time (36–48 hours per week)

Requirement: Every Other Weekend (EOW) required

Compensation Package

Travel Rate: $35.50/hour + weekly stipend (based on eligibility and location)

Local Contract Rate: Up to $45/hour (based on facility and location)

Overtime: Available based on facility needs

This pay structure is designed to provide both competitive earnings and flexibility, depending on whether you are local or traveling.

Assignment Details & Expectations

Contract Type: Full-Time Assignment

Start Date: ASAP (urgent need)

Setting: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule Commitment: Must be able to consistently meet assigned shifts, including weekends

Candidates must demonstrate:

Strong attendance and punctuality

Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

Flexibility and teamwork across shifts

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions

Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations

Maintain a safe, respectful, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications

Active LPN License (state-specific or compact)

Minimum 1 year of recent long-term care or skilled nursing experience

Current CPR/BLS certification

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Important Notes

Every Other Weekend (EOW) is mandatory

Candidates must be fully committed to the contract duration
