Location: Squire Ward’s – 608 Seward St. Seward, NE

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Schedule: Evenings and Weekends Required

Squire Ward’s is seeking motivated, dependable Bartenders and Servers to join our team. We are a fast-paced, customer-focused bar looking for individuals who provide excellent service and thrive in a social, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities

Bartenders:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Verify customer age and follow all alcohol service laws

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Manage cash and card transactions accurately

Provide friendly and efficient customer service

Servers:

Take and deliver food and beverage orders

Ensure a positive guest experience through attentive service

Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas

Process payments and handle cash responsibly

Communicate effectively with team membersQualifications

Must be at least 19 years old

Previous bartending or serving experience preferred (not required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Must be available evenings and weekendsCompensation & Benefits
