Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Rep role located in Omaha, NE. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating new business
opportunities by developing relationships with contractor partners and clients, identifying potential
insurance claims, and securing signed client agreements.
The BDR serves as the front-end revenue driver for Premier Claims. This role works directly with
contractor partners, property owners, and referral sources to identify damaged properties, educate
potential clients on Premier Claims’ services, and move opportunities into the company’s pipeline.
Once a claim is signed, the BDR partners closely with all departments to ensure a smooth transition
into the claims process while continuing to maintain contractor partner and client relationships.
The BDR is a relationship-based, sales-focused role centered around business development, claim
acquisition, and pipeline growth.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
