We have a part-time opening for a Prep. Cook.

DESCRIPTION: Consists of managing the daily preparation of food items for a station or a specific area in the kitchen. Cooking and plating all food orders in an efficient, healthful, and orderly matter.

*Must be able to work various shifts per week.

*Must have 1 or more years experience.

*Must have reliable transportation.

SKILLS: Proven cooking experience. Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare food for service (chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, etc). Clean up station. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in good quality and in a timely fashion. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
