The Activities Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and enhancing recreational programs and guest activities across the property. From outdoor adventures to family-friendly events, you’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience while supervising a team dedicated to fun, safety, and engagement.What You’ll Do

Plan, organize, and oversee daily recreational activities and special events

Supervise, train, and motivate activities staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Ensure all programs are safe, engaging, and aligned with park standards

Coordinate outdoor adventures such as hiking, kayaking, team-building events, and seasonal programming

Interact with guests to promote participation and provide outstanding hospitality

Maintain activity schedules, equipment, and supply inventory

Collaborate with other departments to support group events, conferences, and park-wide initiativesWhat We’re Looking For

Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, outdoor leadership, or related field

Strong leadership and team management skills

Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Excellent communication and organizational skills
