We are looking for a dependable General Manufacturing Employee to support daily production operations. This hands-on role involves manufacturing support, material handling, packaging, and basic welding to help meet production schedules and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of parts

Perform basic welding operations as required (training provided if needed)

Move and stage materials between work areas to support production flow

Prepare products for shipment, including palletizing and securing loads

Follow safety, quality, and work instructions

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Basic welding skills or willingness to learn

Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: high noise level associated with manufacturing facility.
