Job Description:

The Onsite Quality Auditor is typically responsible for the testing phase of the production process to ensure that final products meet the company standards. Duties include identifying whether products are functional, reliable, and meet the end user's expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit production daily and per scheduled.

Dock audits as required per Customer and the Company.

Read blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, certification processes, formulas, or measuring instruments required.

Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications.

Record inspection or test data, such as weights, temperatures, grades, or moisture content, and quantities inspected or graded.

Complete inspection records as required per inspections.

Mark items with details such as grade or acceptance-rejection status.

Complete disposition of non-conforming material.

Inspect and document Customer containment.

Adequately handle the measuring equipment. Inspect customer prints to ensure quality standards are being met.

Write test or inspection reports describing results, recommendations, or needed repairs.

Communicate to Supervision of defect findings for problem solving.

Qualifications, Experience requirements:

Master's in business administration preferred

Extensive experience in quality control preferred

Keen attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Creative and innovative thinker

Diligent and meticulous

High regard for safety standards and quality control

General Requirements:

Detailed and hands-on oriented.

Working Conditions:

Office and manufacturing plant environment

Frequently indoors

Physical ability, which may include standing or sitting for long time periods, lifting, carrying, reaching, and working in areas that are not climate controlled.
