Job Description

TRC Talent is looking for a Press Brake / Machine Operator for our client in Kennesaw, GA!

Job Summary:

The Press Brake / Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components according to specifications in a manufacturing environment.

Job Details:

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Pay rate: $20/hr+ BOE

Job Type: Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machines according to job specifications and blueprints

Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and measurement tools

Select appropriate tooling, dies, and materials for each job

Perform machine adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality of finished parts

Inspect completed parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments

Maintain production output while minimizing scrap and rework

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment

Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Keep work area clean and organized

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goalsQualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous experience operating press brake or similar machinery preferred

Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Basic math skills and ability to work with measurements

Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work overtime or different shifts as neededPreferred Skills:

Experience with CNC press brake machines

Familiarity with metal fabrication processes
