CNC Machine Operator / Set-Up Professional

Job Roles and Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines for production of components

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Program, adjust, and optimize CNC machines as required

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications

Monitor production processes and maintain high standards

Troubleshoot machining and production issues

Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Perform basic machine maintenance as needed

Qualifications and Certifications

Hands-on experience with CNC machine operation and setup

Knowledge of milling and machining processes

Understanding of quality control practices and standards

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

General knowledge of machinery and maintenance

Experience in manufacturing or spring industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent

Technical certifications are preferred
