Partner with the best

As an Project Management Professional Document, you will be responsible for:

Providing general administrative support to the in-country team and Field Service Engineers (FSEs).

Coordinating logistics including permits, hotel bookings, staff housing arrangements, and land transportation requests.

Ensuring timely and accurate handling of operational needs to support field activities.

Communicating effectively with internal teams and external service providers to facilitate smooth execution of travel and accommodation plans.

Monitoring and following up on service requests to ensure completion and compliance with company standards.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finances

Have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in administration jobs

Have an advanced level of English communication skills

Be familiar with Oil & Gas operations process

Have a proven knowledge using SAP

Be able to show a good working knowledge of computer skills
