• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Follow all restaurant policies and service procedures

Qualifications

• Prior experience with full-service, high-volume dining required

• Strong understanding of food, beverage, and service standards

• Reliable, punctual, and consistent

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

• Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, some holidays, including the occasional evenings for private events
