You will work on a fast-paced production line, following documented processes and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Motor Assembly

Electrical & Inspection

• Use hand and bench tools, torque drivers, calipers, multimeters, and oscilloscopes

• Inspect work for cosmetic and dimensional conformance at each stage of assembly

• Record test data and production metrics accurately in the manufacturing execution system (MES)

Production Line

• Follow standardized work instructions, traveler documents, and ESD handling procedures

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

• Identify and escalate non-conforming parts or process deviations to the lead technician

• Support rework and repair activities on returned or out-of-spec assemblies

• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement corrective actions

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Background

• GED, high school diploma, or higher — required

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check — required

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening — required

Experience & Physical Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in electronics assembly, electromechanical manufacturing, or a related production role preferred

• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions

• Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for fine-pitch component handling

• Ability to stand, sit, or work at a bench for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs unassisted

• Good near vision; ability to work with small components under magnification

• Reliable attendance and ability to meet production targets in a fast-paced environment
