Mitigation Technician

Job Description

Cleanup & Total Restoration is seeking a hardworking individual to join our team as a Mitigation Technician. We serve the greater Treasure Valley, helping customers recover from water, fire, mold, and biohazard damage.

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, including occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as you’ll be working directly with homeowners, businesses, and team members.

What You’ll Do:

Perform mitigation and restoration work (water, fire, mold, demolition)

Operate equipment and document jobs using mobile tools

Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site

Work independently or as part of a team

Preferred (not required):

1+ year of restoration or demolition experience (framing, drywall, etc.)

Certifications (IICRC, asbestos, lead) — we will train the right candidate

Leadership or supervisory experience

Requirements:

Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

Valid driver’s license

Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work in varied environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)

Pass background check and drug screening
