Home Care Aide – Bakersfield, CA

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Home Care Aide to provide high-quality in-home care to clients in Bakersfield, CA. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to client safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

Provide companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation

Provide medication reminders in accordance with established care plans

Monitor, observe, and report changes in client condition

Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Home Care Aide (required). If you do not show a work history of caregiving on your resume, you will not be considered.

Current CPR certification (required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to follow individualized care plans and agency protocols

Valid identification and ability to pass a background check

Valid Driver's License required

Reliable transportation is required
