You'll own two things: a spotless, well-stocked warehouse and a fleet of service trucks that are just as organized and ready to go. You're the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps our team sharp, our inventory tight, and our billing accurate. Field Responsibilities

Drive to each service tech's truck location on a regular route and conduct a full inventory audit of all parts and supplies on board

Restock each truck based on inventory findings, ensuring techs head into every job fully equipped

Cross-reference all missing or used parts against ServiceTitan job records to verify proper billing — flag any discrepancies to management immediately

Maintain clear, organized inventory records and communicate any stock shortages proactively

Deliver snacks and water to field techs daily to keep the team fueled and performing at their best

Deliver clean uniforms to field technicians once per week — coordinate pickup, track distribution, and ensure every tech receives the right uniform on schedule

Serve as a reliable communication link between field techs and the office — relay information accurately and professionally

Warehouse Responsibilities

Maintain warehouse stock levels — receive, organize, and replenish parts and supplies so the warehouse is always ready to support the field

Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and professional at all times — our standard is simple: the warehouse should be just as sharp as the trucks we send out

Ensure all parts are clearly labeled, properly shelved, and easy to locate — a disorganized warehouse costs the company time and money

Track inventory levels and proactively communicate low-stock items to management before they become a problem in the field

What We're Looking For

Clean, verifiable driving record — this is non-negotiable

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple truck inventories, warehouse stock, and daily routes without dropping the ball

Self-starter who identifies what needs to be done and handles it — no hand-holding required

Strong communicator — comfortable working directly with field technicians and reporting accurately to management

Basic comfort with software — experience with ServiceTitan is a strong plus, but we will train the right person

High attention to detail — parts accuracy and billing integrity directly impact company revenue, and you understand that

Takes pride in a clean, organized work environment — if the trucks look professional, so does the warehouse

Physically able to load and unload parts, supplies, and equipment as part of daily duties

Team-first attitude — you take pride in being the person who makes everyone else's job easier
