Job Description

The Construction Laborer plays a vital role in supporting medium-sized teams on commercial construction and infrastructure projects. This position involves a variety of physical tasks such as material handling, site cleanup, equipment operation using hand tools, and assisting skilled trades workers. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and occasional travel between multiple sites.

Responsibilities

Handle and transport construction materials safely

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Operate hand tools efficiently and safely

Assist in demolition and concrete work tasks

Load and unload construction materials

Support skilled trades workers with various tasks

Follow site safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

Prepare sites for construction activities

Maintain and care for tools and equipment

Required Qualifications

OSHA Safety Certification

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience in construction labor

Strong physical stamina for demanding tasks

Basic knowledge of construction processes
