Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Occasional weekends if needed

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Assembler to join our team. This position plays a key role in our production and shipping workflow, with primary responsibilities centered on packaging and preparing products for shipment.

The Assembler will be responsible for folding and packing cardboard boxes with foam inserts, ensuring products are securely packaged according to company standards. Additional duties include stretch-wrapping and strapping completed orders to skids in preparation for shipment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on, in-person position with standard working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Fold and pack cardboard boxes with foam inserts to ensure safe and secure packaging of products.

Stretch-wrap and strap completed orders to wooden skids for shipment.

Ensure all products are packed and organized according to company guidelines and customer specifications.

Inspect items for quality control prior to packing and shipment.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.

Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate equipment (e.g., box cutters, stretch-wrap machines, pallet jacks, PPE).

Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed, including material handling, staging orders, and replenishing supplies.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in an assembly, packaging, or warehouse environment preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to work occasional weekends based on business needs.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
