Schedule/Hours:Four 10-hour shifts per weekMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (varied days)Minimum of 14 days of call per 6-week scheduling period, including 2 weekendsCall hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–7:00 AM; Saturday and Sunday, 24 hours Key Qualifications:Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with Vascular Interventional (VI) or Cardiac-Interventional (CI) credentials strongly preferredValid, current state radiology license as requiredDemonstrated experience in a hospital interventional radiology or cath lab environmentStrong understanding of sterile technique, patient positioning, and radiation safetyAbility to adapt quickly and function efficiently under pressureExcellent communication and teamwork skills Primary Responsibilities:Assist physicians with interventional radiology and cardiac procedures, including patient preparation, intra-procedural support, and post-procedure careOperate sophisticated imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic imagesMonitor patient status and vital signs during proceduresMaintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standardsDocument procedures, inventory, and monitor equipment performance and maintenance needs Benefits:Gain valuable experience in a high-acuity hospital environmentCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionalsOpportunities for ongoing professional growth and development Seize this opportunity to further your career in interventional radiology and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
