An opportunity is available for an Imaging - IR Tech to provide expert support within a dynamic healthcare environment on a contract basis.

Schedule / Hours:4x10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 07:00–17:30 (varied days)Minimum of 14 call days (including 2 weekends) in each 6-week schedule cycleCall hours: Monday–Friday 16:00–07:00, Saturday and Sunday 24 hours Qualifications:Current certification and registration as an IR TechnologistAt least one year of recent experience in interventional radiology preferredProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity procedural settingCurrent BLS or equivalent certificationStrong attention to detail and commitment to patient safetyExcellent communication and teamwork skills Key Responsibilities:Assist with a variety of interventional radiology procedures, providing skilled technical support to physicians and nursing staffPrepare and operate imaging equipment in accordance with established protocolsEnsure proper patient positioning and safety throughout all proceduresDocument patient information, procedures performed, and any changes in statusMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant procedure areaRespond promptly and effectively to emergency call-ins as scheduled This contract assignment presents a rewarding opportunity for experienced IR Techs seeking a challenging role in a collaborative clinical environment.
