What You’ll Do

Prepare and serve classic cocktails, signature creations, wine, beer, and zero proof beverages to fine dining standards.

Demonstrate deep knowledge of spirits, wine varietals, beer styles, and advanced mixology techniques.

Engage guests with warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service at the bar and in the dining room.

Maintain a pristine, organized, and fully stocked bar environment.

Follow precise recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and uphold responsible service practices.

Collaborate closely with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure seamless service flow.

Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system.

Assist with bar prep, inventory, restocking, and ordering as needed.

Address guest concerns with professionalism and poise.

Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

What You Bring

Previous fine dining or upscale bar experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and refined bar etiquette.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast paced, high expectation environment.

Professional appearance and polished demeanor.

Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift bar supplies or kegs as needed.
