Job Description

Description:

Change lives… beginning with yours. At the beach!

Imagine finishing your therapy day and being steps away from the ocean… or taking your lunch break with your feet in the sand.

At Carolina Therapy Connection, you can build a meaningful pediatric OT career while enjoying the lifestyle that makes coastal North Carolina so special.

We’re a therapist-owned pediatric practice and Certified Autism Center that has served families across Eastern North Carolina for over 16 years. Our team has also been honored as one of North Carolina’s Best Employers in 2023, 2024, and 2025 by Business North Carolina.

But what we’re most proud of isn’t the awards… it’s creating a workplace where therapists feel supported, encouraged, and excited about the work they do every day.

Why Occupational Therapists Love Working at CTC

You get to focus on therapy, not paperwork

Our incredible administrative team handles scheduling, insurance authorizations, and logistics so you can spend more time doing what matters most… helping kids gain independence and thrive.

Your schedule should work for your life

Many of our therapists choose 4-day work weeks and 3-day weekends. At CTC, you help design the schedule that works best for you.
