What You’ll Do:
Support CRM-driven member outreach initiatives to enhance engagement and overall satisfaction
Communicate exclusively with current members regarding their dues
Make outbound calls to appropriate company contacts and communicate payment reminders clearly and professionally
Escalate situations where a company is unable to pay
Provide administrative support, including data entry, copying documents, and other general office tasks
Assist with data entry, including event registrations and annual conferences
Oversee membership dues collection through proactive calls and email communication, while tracking and reporting status updates
Provide data entry support for event registrations, annual conferences, and membership records across internal systems and databases
What We’re Looking For:
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Familiarity with video conferencing platforms such as GoTo Webinar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and accuracy skills
Consistently meets deadlines and delivers work on schedule
Actively seeks and incorporates internal customer feedback to improve satisfaction
