Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven manager to lead a team of 4–5 members across sales and operations, drive school partnerships, and grow our education and training business across India.
Key Responsibilities
Drive institutional sales and school partnerships
Manage and mentor sales & operations team
Oversee execution of workshops and training programs
Represent the company with schools and stakeholders
Achieving revenue targets and ensuring smooth operations
Requirements
4–5 years’ experience in sales / operations / business development
Strong team management and communication skills (English & Hindi)
Experience in education / edtech preferred
Willingness to travel
