Compensation
Anticipated annual earnings for fully ramped team members typically range from $40,000 – $70,000+.
Compensation consists of uncapped commission, with total earnings varying based on performance, experience, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a sales territory by engaging local business owners and decision-makers
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications solutions
Drive new business through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building
Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact to close
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
Track activity, pipeline, and results accurately
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Self-directed with a results-focused mindset
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Comfortable learning and presenting technology-based solutions
Reliable transportation for local travel within the assigned territory
Work Environment
Field-based role covering the Chicago market
Independent schedule with a mix of in-person meetings and prospecting activities
