Associate Dentist - Oroville, CA

Our well-established, technology-driven dental practice in Oroville, CA is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our collaborative and supportive team. Schedule:

Full-time (schedule to be discussed)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry care with a focus on quality and patient experience

Diagnose and develop treatment plans with a patient-first approach

Collaborate with a highly trained clinical team to ensure efficient workflow

Focus on diagnosis and preparation while expanded functions are supported by RDAEFs

Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

Build long-term relationships with patients and contribute to a positive office culture

Requirements:

DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program

Active California dental license (or ability to obtain)

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Honest, ethical, and patient-focused approach

Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

Interest in integrative or whole-patient care is a plus

Dependable and motivated to grow within a practice long-term

Pay & Compensation:

Daily guarantee of $850-$1,100 per day (based on experience) or percentage of production, whichever is greater
